WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
The Woofington accepts many forms of payment including, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and U.S. Cash. We are sorry, but we do not accept checks, at the Woofington.
WHO IS NOT WELCOME AT WOOFINGTON?
At the Woofington we love all dogs, but we are unique in that we only accept Small Dogs that are 25 pounds and under. Yes, that’s right…only Small Dogs! We also welcome puppies that are older than 4 months and will not grow to beyond 25 pounds at full maturity.
The safety of our little pet guests is our utmost concern at the Woofington. The following is a partial listing of some of the breeds that are not accepted at the Woofington, regardless of size. Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Husky, Labrador Retriever, Malamute, Mastiff, Miniature Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf or Wolf Hybrid. We cannot accept any dogs or mixes from the above list which incorporates any of these breeds.
As always, the Woofington reserves the right to exclude any pet solely at its discretion.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In order to avoid loss of a guest’s deposit, we request that all cancellations be made with at minimum 3 days notice prior to the pet guest’s scheduled arrival date. Any no-shows will be charged a minimum of a 1 night stay in Regular Season, and a 2 night stay during Holiday and Peak Season.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
To ensure a quality experience for all of our pet guests, our overnight lodging reservations can only be guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit at the time of booking. Holiday and Peak Season reservations require a 2 night advance, non-refundable credit card deposit. Regular Season reservations require a 1 night advance credit card deposit.
Right to Refuse Service
Woofington reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest who lacks proof of proper vaccinations, demonstrates consistent bully behavior, fails our standard temperament policies, or who falls outside of our accepted guest requirements. The Woofington does not accept dogs with injectable medications at this time.
